Booking & Cancellation Policy Booking: Sessions can be booked online or via email. Payment is required at booking (debit, credit, PayPal). Cash accepted for in-person sessions. Rescheduling: You may reschedule up to 24 hours in advance via your confirmation email or by contacting us. Last-minute changes (within 24 hours) may not be possible, except in emergencies. Cancellations & Refund • Cancel 24+ hours in advance for a full refund or credit. • Late cancellations (<24 hours) and no-shows are non-refundable, except for emergencies. • Refunds are processed within 7 days. • We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel if necessary, with a full refund or reschedule option. Please be in a quiet, distraction-free space for your session. For online sessions, ensure a stable internet connection.
